Take part in Digital Tango’s Implementing SAFe® 5.1 training to enable you to lead a Lean-Agile transformation using the practices and principles of SAFe and the seven core competencies of the Lean enterprise that enable Business Agility.
This training takes place from February 02 to 10, 2023 remotely, from 07:30am to 12:30pm (Montreal/Canada) and from 1:30 to 6:30pm (Paris/France).
It will be given by Etienne Laverdière, SPCT, CEO Digital Tango and Marc Charron, SPC, Senior Coach.
During this training, you will practice coaching programs, launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), creating a DevOps culture to build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, and strengthening a Lean portfolio.
The first part of this course is a combination of the modules of the Leading SAFe® course. It gives you the basics to teach SAFe to managers and stakeholders.
The second part focuses exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in your organization. As a SAFe Program Consultant, you will also be able to train and certify your team members.
